PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

A $25 deposit is required to book an appointment. This deposit is non-refundable. If you must reschedule you may do so at least 24 hours before scheduled appointment.

No extra guest or children are allowed at your scheduled appointment.

Lace services cannot be booked a day before service day.
Lace products must be dropped off 1-2 days in advance to your scheduled appointment. Failure to bring units 24 hours before your appointment will result in cancellation or additional fee of $24.
Please attach name, appointment day and time to all drop-off products.
Ensure all lace, wigs and bundles are clean, dry, and tangle free.
HD, transparent lace, or light brown (for darker tones).
Reused wigs are accepted if previously installed by me.

Before you leave the chair, please notify your stylist about your satisfaction. If alterations are needed, please notify them before leaving your appointment.

Shampoo services are available at additional cost. Add to your service during booking.
Otherwise, please be sure your hair is free of tangles, knots and ready to comb. Hair must be dried and oil free.
If you have any scalp conditions please notify your stylist. Failure to notify or complete proper hair prep may result in cancellation.

9-min grace period is applied to every appointment.
After this time, a $20 late fee will apply.
After 20 mins appointment will be cancelled. No call no show appointments will be charged a $50 fee.
Failure to cancel appointment 24 hours, will be charged a $40 cancellation fee.
