Shipping policy

Products ship within 3-5 business days from your order date.  During Major Sales and Promotions, orders may take up to 7 business days for orders to process.

You can also do a Pick-Up order at our store location within 3-5 business days. This may be sooner based off of inventory stock, but we will keep you updated if you have any questions

Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to product, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc.

AddaBangXtensions , is not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen packages. AddaBang is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered. No refunds will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in the order.

For some orders, we will require identification to provide that the order was in fact made by the card/account owner. We will reach out for you to send in your government issued ID to fulfill your order. If your information is not verified within 48 hours we will refund you minus 3% cancellation fee.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes: If your order is submitted with a P.O. Box in the Shipping section, your order will automatically be canceled.

We are not responsible for deliveries to the wrong address. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure she or he enters their billing & shipping addresses correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping security guidelines. Please be advised that any incorrect billing and/or shipping information opted by the customer will cause delays.
