No Returns:
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any of our hair extensions. This ensures that all customers receive brand new, hygienic products.

Exchanges:
We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange a product. We offer exchanges for items of equal value, provided the following conditions are met:

• The hair extensions must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• The request for exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
